PROQEM provides internationally recognized professional certifications across seven specialized levels. Our mission is to validate and enhance the competencies of professionals through a rigorous, impartial, and objective assessment system aligned with ISO/IEC 17024:2012 standards.
Applicants can apply for any of the following seven levels based on their experience and qualifications:
1. Practitioner
2. Advanced Practitioner
3. Expert
4. Consultant
5. Quality Manager
6. Internal Auditor
7. Lead Auditor
The process is designed to be straightforward and fair:
1. Application: Submit the Application Form (F-P-04-01) and Professional CV (F-P-04-02).
2. Eligibility Review: PROQEM verifies your prerequisites (Education & Experience) using form F-P-06-01.
3. Examination: Candidates attend an Offline Written Achievement Test.
4. Decision: The Examiner provides a recommendation, and the Executive Director makes the final award decision.
5. Issuance: Successful candidates receive their certificates, valid for 5 years.
· Format: The assessment is a Written Achievement Test conducted in a controlled offline environment.
· Scoring: The exam is out of 200 points.
· Passing Grade: The standard passing score is 70% (140 points).
The 5% Rule: If your score is within 5% of the passing mark, an independent second review is automatically conducted to ensure total fairness.
· Impartiality: PROQEM maintains strict neutrality. No examiner will test a candidate they have personally trained within the last 2 years.
· Confidentiality: Your data is secure. Only your certification status will be published in our Public Directory on the PROQEM Website, unless you opt-out in writing.
· Security: Cheating, recording exam content, or using unauthorized aids will lead to immediate disqualification.
Complaints & Appeals: If you are dissatisfied with a decision or the process, you have the right to file an appeal within 30 days of the result.
